Sugar-Free pudding is healty alternative to rafined sugar pudding recipes. Basicly needs 2 ingredients, milk and dried figs. But i add some spices and orange zest. Hot milk fermented by figgs and it becomes like a mousse. No need to add sugar. It is delicious. Give a try. See the notes below.

NOTES:
- For the measurement cups which i use please look at “measurements” .
- I use 4 large figs,it is about 90 grams. I your figs are small increase the amount of it.
- You can use orange or lemon zest. I use orange zest.
- If your figs are rather dry put them into warmish water for 30 minutes before you use.
- This recipe is for two persons.
Ingredients:
- 400 ml milk ( 1,5 cupı + 3 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
- 90 gr dried figs (4-5 figs)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tbsp orange zest
- Walnut or almond for decorating (optional)
Directions:
- Chop dries figs.
- In a souce pan bring to boil milk and cream.
- Add chopped figs, ginger and cinnamon.
- Blend it until smooth.
- Add orange zest and blend a bit more.
- Cover with a towel and let sit for 3 hours room tempereture.
- After 3 hours cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate it. Must be completely cold. (Over night will be better)
- Decorate with almonds and walnuts. Ready to serve.
