Avocado banana pudding has no sugar, no flour, no starch,no milk and no eggs. Delicious, healty, and super easy to prepare. You can eat without thinking of healt risks.

Avocado has high healty fats and includes vitamins and minerals.

There are different salty avocado recipes with garlic or lemon. I think this is the best sweet way to eat avocado. Give a try this avocado banana pudding.

NOTES:

  • You must use soft and ripe avocado. Let them 2 days in room temperature to get softener.
  • I use banana and Medjoul dates for sweetener. You can use honey or agave instead of dates if you prefer.
  • Makes 4 serves.

Avocado Banana Pudding

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados (Ripe and soft)
  • 2 bananas  (Ripe ones are the best for desserts)
  • 8 Medijoul dates (medium)
  • 20 gr cocao powder (3 tbsp)
  • Walnut or nut chips for decorate (optional)

Avocado Banana Pudding

Directions:

  1. Dates must stay in warmish water at least 30 minutes. Then divive into two and discard the pits
  2. Cut the avocado two pieces and discard the pit. Remove from its skin. Chop roughly.
  3. Peel and slice bananas. You can use 1 and half bananas for pudding and half for decorate. If you don’t want to decorate you can use 2 of them.
  4. Add avocados, bananas and dates to food processor. Blend it until creamy.
  5. Add cocao powder. Blend it until all the ingredients are incorporated and no more chunks.
  6. Taste and sweeten if needs.
  7. Decorate with walnuts and serve.
