World’s Easiest Cake

A super easy, moist, eggless, milkless, butterless cake. Looks like brownies and tastes like too. It is so easy to prepare and bake. You should try and if you try please share with me.

NOTES:

  • For the measurement cups which i use please look at “measurements” .
  • Use 20x 20 square pan.
  • You can add any extracy you want like vanilla, orange, almond etc.
  • You can add pecans, nuts etc. You will see in the video i use walnuts.

Ingredients:

    • 190 gr flour (1 cup + 5 and half tbsp)
    • 125 gr granulated sugar /Lower sweet.If you want more sweet you can use 15-200 gr of sugar (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
    • 30 gr cocoa powder ( 5 tbsp)
    • 7 gr baking powder (2 tsp)
    • 1 gr salt (1 pinch)
    • 5 ml vinegar ( 1 tsp)
    • 100 ml canola or coconut oil (1/2 cup – 1 tbsp )
    • 240 ml su (1 cup)

    For topping:

    • It is good with whipped cream or anything you want. Topping is not necessary.

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F /180°C.
  2. In an non-stick pan stir flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
  3. Maka a small and a big hole. Pour the vinegar into small hole.Pour the oil intı big hole and pour the  water over the top and whisk well about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Place the pan in the oven and bake until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Place the cake on a rack to cold.
  6. You can serve with whipped cream on top, or ice cream or whatever you want.
